Candidates can apply online only from 22 Nov,2011 to 12 Dec,2011 and no other mode of application will be accepted.

Pre-Requisites for Applying Online
Before Applying Online, Candidates Should

1. Scan their Photographs and Signature ensuring that both the photograph and signature are within the required specifications (Photograph: less than 200KB and Signature: less than 100 KB of JPG,JPEG,GIF,PNG Grey Scale)


For Filling Online Application
Please note that all the particulars mentioned in the online application including Name of the Candidate, Category, Date of birth, Address, Exam District etc. will be considered as final. Candidates are hence requested to fill in the online application form with the utmost care as no correspondence regarding change of details will be entertained.


2. Candidates are first required to go to RTU website www.rtu.ac.in and Click on the home page to open the link "Recruitment for online Application for L.D.C".



3. Candidates are now ready to apply online by Clicking on option "Apply for Registration [STEP-1]" to register him/her by filling basic details and Password through which User-Id and Password will be generated which will be required to fill Online Application form.



4. Candidate should note the User-Id and Password for future reference. However sms intimation will be sent to the candidate’s Mobile Number specified in the online application form.



5. Candidate is now ready to Click on option "Fill Registration Form [Step-II]" to open up Online Application Form.



6. Candidates are required to upload their photograph and signature as per the required specifications.



7. Candidates should carefully fill in the details in the On-Line Application at the appropriate places very carefully and click on the “SUBMIT” button at the end of the On-Line Application format. Before pressing the “SUBMIT” button, candidates are advised to verify every filled in the application. The name of the candidate or his /her father/Date of Birth etc. should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.



8. After applying on-line, the candidate should immediately take a printout of the system generated On-line Challan and Application form, ensure the particulars filled in are accurate and retain it for future reference. They should not send this print out to RTU.



9. There is also a provision to Reprint the Online Application Form and Challan on Clicking the option "Reprint Challan and Registration Form". Candidates can use of this facility in case they have lost their challan and Application Printout or any other. This reprint facility will be available up to 12.12.2011. After this date, no reprint will be permitted. Candidates should take utmost care while filling in the Online Application.
