Assistant Manager Rs. 14500 – 600/7 – 18700 – 700/2 – 20100 – 800/7 – 25700
Manager Rs. 19400- 700/1 -20100 – 800/10- 28100
Senior Manager Rs. 25700- 800/5- 29700 - 900/2- 3150
Eligibility for Federal Bank managerial recruitment:
Age eligibility: (age as on 01.11.2011)
Assistant Manager: Max. 28 years (DOB on or after 01.11.1983)
Manager & Senior Manager: Max 30 years (DOB on or after 01.11.1981
Educational Qualification eligibility:
Minimum 60% marks in Graduation (any discipline) from a recognized University.
Work Experience eligibility: (as on 01.11.2011)
Assistant Manager: Min. 1-year experience in any scheduled commercial bank in officer / clerical cadre.
Manager: Min. 2-year experience in any scheduled commercial bank in officer cadre.
Senior Manager: Min. 3-year experience in any scheduled commercial bank in officer cadre.
